She awes wedding magazines and television producers time and time again. Do you know her? You will now.. SHE is none other than my client Jodi Bos of In any Event in Grand Rapids, MI. Educated in Public Relations, and working in corporate event planning for almost a decade, Jodi nailed the art of planning and wooing people. After a break to stay at home with her family, Jodi opened In any Event and is now getting ready to launch a couture letterpress division of her company.
I love Jodi’s sense of style and design. From the day her client books her, she begins to help them tell their story. She makes their picturesque tale come to life by meticulously designing every detail and exceeding the expectations of both her clients and the vendors she works with. On top of that she is the kindest most honest person and an amazing mother, constantly walking the tight rope of balancing family and career, yet she does so with grace. Jodi is humble, respectful and appreciative of everyone she works with. When asked what inspires her, Jodi said, “I’m inspired by so many things that it’s hard to narrow the list to just a few. I keep close tabs on what’s happening in the world of fashion and home design. I can’t tell you how many magazines I subscribe to. It borders on ridiculous! I’m also inspired by my creative friends, namely my trusted florist, Jennifer of Modern Day Floral. Her eye for floral design blows me away and she never tells me my ideas are too crazy. Probably because her ideas are equally as crazy! And of course, I’m inspired by my faith and my family and the pride that they all share in the success of my business. I don’t know where I’d be without their love and support.”
