When it’s hot out, we know the last thing you want is to have your hair sticking to your neck and causing unnecessary sweating. That’s why we love a good updo, especially for wedding season! This braided side bun is perfect to put it all up while still keeping it chic for that work event, bridal shower, or even just date night! (You could even add a cute headband or flower crown!) Kacee has broken it down so that you can recreate this cute updo in six simple steps!

Step 1: Smooth hair with TIGI hair stick or light wax. Comb through to smooth flyways.
Step 2: Start french braiding on parted side of hair
Step 3: Continue braid along nape of neck and finish braid to the length of hair
Step 4: Roll braid from bottom tucking ends under as you roll
Step 5: Roll braid to head under ear
Step 6: Secure rolled section under ear (for you blondies, these are great bobby pins!)
