“This rainbow color-filled birthday party was put together by Amanda Nolte of the impressionist (in Atlanta). Alongside her friend and florist, Alyssa ice of Ginger rose florals. not only did Amanda design the invitations she also designed the balloons. Amanda also made the edible playdoh.”
